Completely changed how the Speed Cap system works, letting you go over it via slopes.
Completely changed how slopes work; jumping off a downward slope affecting your jump height and momentum. (NOTE: Your height does NOT change if you jump off an upward slope. This is simply a bug but isn't a big deal for now.)
