Freeplay and Character Select Screen Progress

Some bit of progress on the 2 new things I'm adding in the V0.2.0 update.
The freeplay menu is nearly done, 90% of its functions are pretty much good to go, but the character select screen needs a lot more focus since I plan on takin' more inspiration from FNF, specifically its own character select screen, and some of the animation.
