V0.1.1 Speed Break Update







Ok, this took a bit to make. This isn't a MAJOR update, but it's big enough to have taken a long time.
NOTE: Go to your local app data files (hold Window key and Press "R"), look for The Boy and his Story folder and delete the options save data file.
System Change: Speed Break Mode
--------------------------------------------
This applies to every playable character. When you're consistently running at max speed for 4 seconds, you'll enter Speed Break Mode, to which your max speed changes to full speed, making you reach an even higher speed.
While in Speed Break Mode, you'll see after-images and a lil' boost effect (if you have Particles on.) If your speed gets too low, you'll lose Speed Break Mode ONLY while on the ground and when you're not stomping or on the ground after stomping, meaning you can keep Speed Break Mode if you do a Slam-Dash. (A little sound will play letting you know when you lose Speed Break Mode.)
Also, if you press Space (RB/R1/R on Controller) when "GO" starts to appear in Speed Stages, you'll immediately enter Speed Break mode.
That's the major thing I wanted to add.
COMPLETELY re-wrote the wall-jump code. It's no longer doo-doo. (You also don't need to hold left or right against a wall anymore. You stick to it automatically as long as you're against it.)
(Let's hope I don't forget anything I added or changed.)

- Skid-Boosting (Press Space (RB/R1/R on Controller) while skidding (slowing down while on the ground) to immediately reach a decent speed in the direction you're trying to go.)
- Added a new Main Menu screen
Minor Additions

- Added variables for HP, Levels, ATK, DEF, XP (potentially gonna be adding some RPG elements)
- Added variables for potential keybinds/button binding customization
- Adding Spring Sprites (not used in this patch)
Changes
-----------
- Changed Kappa's max speed from 15 to 13
- Completely changed Kappa's rail-jump animation (It's now also used for the Launcher Ramps and Rings)
- Completely changed Kappa's right & left trick animation (It looks cooler lol)
- Changed Kappa's running animation
- Changed Kappa's falling animation to match his falling pose in the hand-drawn cutscene
- Changed a bit of Kappa's double jump animation
- Changed a tiny bit of level design in Mind Speed Level 2
- Changed starting Extra Lives from 2 to 3
- Slightly altered slope collision
- Double jumping now resets your air-dash, letting you do 2 air-dashes
Fixes

- Fixed pause menus not saving options
- Fixed wall-jumps
Removals
-------------
- Removed slopes manipulating your jump height (for now, it wasn't using real physics)
- Removed slopes manipulating your speed (for, it wasn't using real physics)
